Norfolk and Western 611, owned by the Virginia Museum of Transportation, is a streamlined steam locomotive. Constructed late in the steam era in 1950, this majestic locomotive is the Queen of Steam. The engine has been extensively brought to life in 2015 where the locomotive has run excursions throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. In 2019, 611 travelled to Strasburg, PA for a series of excursions on the Strasburg Railroad.
